!@#$!#@ HP AND NVIDIA. [I blame mostly HP.] THE HELL WITH THEM. I LOVED MY TX2120 THE FIRST SIX MONTHS I GOT IT.
ALTHOUGH WHAT HAPPENED.RIGHT AFTER MY WARRANTY ENDED?? IT DECIDED TO BREAK. THE SCREEN NOT STAYING UPRIGHT. THE EXTREME OVERHEATING. THE ATTEMPTED REBOOTS. [Turns off, turns on, turns back off.] [Then will take 1 whole minute of trying to turn it on to get it to boot up.] AND NOW. I THINK MY WI-FI IS DEAD. IT DID THAT WHOLE ON AND OFF THING. AND NOW I CAN'T VIEW ANY OF MY NETWORKS.
I'm sorry I did everything in caps. but really. I am utterly pissed off. All of us here are busy with school and work. This is my primary computer/computer that's updated to this era. Plus, I dream of majoring in photography. So I'm going to be using PHOTOSHOP a lot. Grah, I know my mom won't do much, but does anyone think a fourteen year old can totally get a new laptop. .___. I'm gonna need a new one to survive in high school. >.<

er...
OK, so after I ignore your angst and frustration (you shouldn't need a laptop to survive in school), let me tell you this:
Sue HP. It's very simple. Plenty of posts about it. Sue them for what it's worth, and settle when they offer about 75% out of court. That should hopefully put you around $750 or above. There are plenty of computers you can get that will do Photoshop fine. You don't really need a tablet for photoshop, do you? I know plenty of people who do the entire mouse thing -- and the touchscreens on laptops that old aren't nearly as good as a Wacom tablet.
Another thought -- most people doing Photoshop use desktops. Maybe buy a netbook and get an inexpensive desktop -- just saying.
