Very nice. Question though, while proof-reading:

"Receiving free repairs is not enough, because the problem continues to occur; the customer should not have to pay if the defective replacement fails before the 90 day repair warranty."

On page 14...

Should that before "replacement fails AFTER the 90 day repair warranty..." ?

I was under the impression parts were covered for 90 days on their "repairs."

If you can, possibly attach images. I think my case wherein the machine was sent back completely unlike it was before (dirty, scorch mark missing, etc) -- that'd be a VERY good thing that would help the case out. That act alone is *criminal.*
